I painted the whole thing with Hayride Glimmer Glam which brought out the grain in the wood beautifully and added a golden hue with a stunning verdigris highlight. I then added some colour with Chianti Glimmer Glaze using my finger. The patterns were added using the Ironworks screens (as both a mask and stamp) and Tattered Leather Glimmermist. A Glimmer Glass butterfly painted on the back with Chianti and misted on the front with Iridescent Gold Glimmermist adorns the door, along with some lace, flowers, zipper pulls and old coins.

So much fun to alter and I am very happy with the result. I also have plenty of paint leftover :-)

This is the view if I stand in front of the big triangular window, my misting/painting/embossing table. And below is the view of where I sit, like a pig in muck, surrounded by my stash. I like everything within reach so I frequently crowd myself out. I haven't shown the piles on the couch and other tables as just looks like a big mess.

This one was for Artastic, I used up some stuff I found lying around on my table (a paltry effort at cleaning up) gorgeous inspiration this month!
